Bill Tanner

Bill Tanner is MI6's Chief of Staff. He appears in the 2008 James Bond film Quantum of Solace and 2012's Skyfallportrayed by Rory Kinnear.

Kinnear also voices Tanner and provides his likeness for the 2010 remake of the GoldenEye game, the original game Blood Stone and 007 Legends.
